In the past when dealing with AE like storage systems it has always been quite hard to keep a certain amount of items in a network. Now all you have to do is place an item in a slot in the Stocker and tell it how many items to keep and it will either stock the inventory it is facing or the network if there is no inventory to stock. It will autocraft the items if the network can autocraft.
