Very similar to the classic Tesseract from Thermal Expansion and the Transceiver from Ender IO.

Each Ender Buffer has three colored rings around it. This is its channel code. To change the code just right click it with dye to change the color.

Once given a channel it will share any CU, RF, Fluid, or Items with all of the Ender Buffers on the same channel. If you would like to create a private channel just right click the Ender Buffer with a Lock.
