takes values 0/1, disable/enable hall of fame
StoreLastSessionInHoF
takes values 0/1, disable/enable tracking just reached delta reputation unlike the whole reputation
MaxCountRecords
takes number representing max count of records in hall of fame
PenalizedSkillAfterDeath
takes float array with 2 elements. First element representing minimal level to enable EXP penalization. Second number representing EXP multiplier when player died with life insurance or enabled "SecureReachedSkill":1

float array representing perk behavior for every perk level. Number represents discount value at traders.
RequiredExp
float array representing required EXP for every perk level. Count of elements must be equel to LevelMdf count!!!
KillPlayerBonus
takes float number representing EXP multiplier of dead player. This is bonus(penalty) for killing experienced player
Sell
takes float array with 2 elements. Value represents EXP multiplier which is used for sold item price. Gained EXP = multiplier * price. First element represents hero's multiplier, second bandit's one.
KillHero
takes float array with 2 elements. Value represents EXP for killing hero caharacter. First element represents EXP for hero, second one for bandit
