Using the Application
Login and Signup
The application opens to the Login Page.
Put in your username and password and press “Login” if you have an account.
If you are new to the application, create a new user by putting in a username and password. Then press “Create New User.”
a) Usernames are no more than 16 characters and no less than 4. Passwords are no more than 16 characters and no less than 6.
This will navigate you to an empty Terms List page.
Terms List – No terms added
To add a new term, press the “Add Term” button.
This opens a view to add terms, titled “Term Add.”
Term Add
Insert a term name. Start date and end date use date pickers. Clicking either date field will open a date picker.
a)To learn how to use the date picker. Navigate to the section in the user guide titled “Date Picker.”
Click “Save” if you want to make a new term. Click “Cancel” if you want to cancel adding a term.
a) Adding a term allows you to add classes to it later.
b) Both options return you to the “Terms List” page.
Terms List – With terms added
When at least one term has been added, press the added term of your choice.
Pressing a term opens the “Term Edit” view
Term Edit – No courses added
On this page, you can edit the selected term or add courses to it. There is a maximum of 6 courses per term.
To add a course:
a) Press “Add Course.” Navigate to the section in the user guide titled “Add Course.”
To edit the term, change the field of your choice.
Press “Save” to save changes. Press “Cancel” to return to the Terms List page.
If you want to delete the term:
a) Press “Delete Term.”
b) Confirm by pressing “Yes.”
c) Stop the deletion process by pressing “No.”
Add Course
To add a course, input the desired information into the corresponding field and press “Save.” The start and date fields use a date picker. The status field uses a picker.
a) To learn how to use the date picker. Navigate to the section in the user guide titled “Date Picker.”
b) To use the picker in the status field, select the status that is relevant to the course you are adding.
Toggling notifications sets alerts for the course start and end dates. Notifications are sent to your mobile device.
To cancel adding a course press “Cancel” or press the back arrow. This will return you to the Term Edit page
Term Edit – With courses added
When at least one course has been added, press the desired course.
This will open the Course Edit page.
Course Edit – No Assessments added
On this page, you can edit the selected course or add new a new assessment. There is a maximum of 2 assessments per course. One objective assessment and one performance assessment.
To edit the course, change the field you want to modify, and press “Save.”
a) Pressing the button next to “Notifications” toggles notifications
b) Pressing the “Share” button under the “Notes” section opens a menu with different options to send the notes to another person.
To delete the course:
a) Press the “Delete” button.
b) Press “Yes” to continue with deletion.
c) Press “No” to cancel.
To cancel editing the course, press “Cancel.”
To add an assessment:
a) Press the “Add Assessment” button. Navigate to the section in the user guide titled “Add Assessment.”
Add Assessment
To add an assessment, input the information you want to give it, then press “Save.” To cancel adding an assessment and return to the previous page, press “Cancel.”
a) Pressing the “Type” field opens a picker with options for “Objective” or “Performance.” Press one or the other.
b) The field below “Type” will change based on the selected assessment type. “Tasks” for performance assessments and “Questions” for objective assessments.
c) Input the answer that corresponds to the assessment you are adding.

Course Edit – With assessments added
When at least one assessment has been added, press the desired assessment.
This will open the edit Assessment page.
Edit Assessment
On this page you can edit or delete the selected assessment.
Edit the field you want to change and press “Save” to keep the changes. Press “Cancel” to return to the previous page.
To delete the assessment, press “Delete.” A confirmation window will pop up. Press “Yes” if you want to continue deleting. Press “No” if you want to cancel the deletion.
Course Schedule
To view your course schedule, navigate to the Terms List page and press “View Schedule.”
The page will open with all the courses you have added. You can use the search bar to search for courses by name and the list will update as you input characters.
a) To clear the search bar, press backspace on your mobile device’s on-screen keyboard or press the “X” at the end of the search bar.
Date Picker – How to use
To use a date picker, navigate to the month and year you want to choose with the arrows.
Select the day of the year and press “OK” to continue with that date. Press “Cancel’ if you want to exit the date picker.
