Alternatively, there is a small chance to find it in chests generated within End City.

When consumed by a player, it will return them to their respawn point in the current dimension.

Definition "Center of The World" means the default spawn point in the current dimension. Notice, that since it's impossible to sleep in The End or the Nether, if you die in these dimensions you will always be returned to their center. Usually they have the same coordinates as respective point in the Overworld, so you might end up being teleported into blocks or lava in Nether, or right above the Void in The End - it is recommended to ensure that those points are safe before using the potion.
