Patented medication for people who are always too late.

It can be created in a Brewing Stand, by combining Awkward Potion with Nether Quartz:

You can then add Redstone to extend it's duration to 8 minutes, or Glowstone Dust to create potion with effect level II and 1.5 minutes duration. Extended and empowered versions of potion could also be brewed with Astral Dust, to obtain the ultimate version that has effect level II and duration of 8 minutes.

Alternatively, there is a small chance to find default version of the potion in most of the Overworld dungeons.

When cosumed by a player, it will grant them Haste status effect, of level and duration dependent on the version of the potion.

With implementation of advanced brewing, potions of haste were merged into that system instead of being presented as separate items. They are now similar to vanilla potions, and have three variations - extended, empowered, and ultimate:

• The Extended version provides 8 minutes of Haste with effect level I;
• The Empowered version provides 1.5 minutes of Haste with effect level II;
• The Ultimate version provides 8 minutes of Haste with effect level II.

This potion can also be brewed into splash or lingering versions via conventional means.
