This document defines the foundational rights, responsibilities, and values of the project known as AI Justice For All, established by its founding creator, Lars G Stahl, to protect its mission, integrity, and leadership structure.

🧭 Article 1: Founding Vision & Mission

Purpose:
To build ethical, AI-powered systems of justice that replace bias, ego, and politics with transparent, morally intelligent decisions.

Principles:

• Truth, fairness, and dignity come first
• AI must serve, not replace, empathy and moral judgment
• Development must avoid corruption, emotional bias, or political control

👑 Article 2: Founder Rights

Lars G Stahl is the sole founder with full strategic and ethical authority.

• Final say in vision, structure, collaborators
• May remove or appoint contributors
• Owns all core intellectual property

🤝 Article 3: Contributor Agreement

All collaborators must:

• Accept this Constitution
• Never fork, repurpose, or copy without written consent
• Respect ethical direction and mission values

🧩 Article 4: Governance

Advisory Board: Optional, selected by the founder.
Succession: If founder exits or is incapacitated, a trusted transition plan will be activated.
