Initial user interviews

Questions we want to ask:

  • When you go to the agileventures website what are you looking for?
  • Can you show us how you get there?
  • What do you like better of this page you are visiting now? Why?
  • What don't you like? Why?

Assumption:

  • Premium Members use the website to understand when are the mobs going to run.

    1. Go to the calendar page.

      a. What do you like in this page and why?

      b. What do you do not like and why?

      c. What would you like to see in this page that is not there and why?

After the interviews, the highlights:

  • Users do not generaly use the website
  • Use more the website when starting
  • Use Slack to get the information about events
  • Calendar has to much events that eventualy never start
  • Generaly people like the calendar view better
