Product vision

For Swiss-Germans, between 25 and 60 years old, living in a relationship for more than 2 years and living in a common household with the partner, Who want to work on their relationship and make it as successful as possible, The Wisely platform is a mobile application, That supports the relationship with intelligent, data-driven and simple tipps that users can easily apply in a way partners do not even have to know it comes from a mobile application.

Unlike couples therapy, Our product already works on the relationship before it is too late, does not need high time and monetary investment and can be used as a secret weapon without the partner knowing about it.

Team mission

We as the Wisely team target on:

  • making people happier
  • making relationships happier
  • making less relationships end between the year 5 and 9

by:

  • focusing on relationship maintenance at the right time
  • providing useful and fitting tipps that support the relationship
  • having a customer-centric view

  • Swiss-Germans, that are between 25 and 60 years old and live in a relationship for more than 2 years as well as in a common household with the partner

Code of conduct

All team members agreed to comply to the following points:

  • All project related activities are updated on the Trello board by the end of the respective workday
  • Team members are on time for all project related meetings and inform the others as soon as possible if there is delay to be expected
  • Team members will speak respectfully to each other
  • Team members will make certain they have agreement on what and when to communicate to stakeholders
  • Team members will make decisions according to the decision framework
  • Team members will keep all commitments by the agreed upon due date
  • Team members will constantly assess whether other team members are honouring their commitment to the team norms

Decision framework

The team consist of four members and no designated team leader. Therefore, it has to be defined how decisions are made. It was decided against choosing a team leader or someone with a decision joker. On the basis of stakeholder feedback, decisions are conducted according to Sociocracy 3.0 in form of so-called "consent decision making". The general decision making process can be seen in the figure below.
