Sprint 3 – Review - AgileBusinessAnalysis/01_TEAM GitHub Wiki

The Sprint Review was conducted with one of the supervisors, Holger Wache, on Friday, December 13. Holger was convinced of the idea that the team has been working on and has positively reacted to our progress. Below is one the discussion point that came up:

• Holger expressed the importance of ensuring a common theme throughout the project. This means that the team should more explicitly describe the identification of problems, their analysis, selection and the subsequent elaboration of possible solutions, their analysis, selection, implementation, and validation. This will show the reader that all of the sprints are highly connected and that this process leads to an offering that is customer-centric and relevant.
