Sprint 3 – Retro - AgileBusinessAnalysis/01_TEAM GitHub Wiki

For the last sprint retrospective, the simple method of "do more, do less, and start doing" was applied. First, the team discussed what should be done more. During the lecture, it became apparent that the business idea should be sold to a stakeholder. As we have focused more on the agile way of working, rather than "selling" the idea, we have agreed to treat this more like a "real world endeavor". Furthermore, as the user feedback was extremely helpful during the sprints, we have agreed to do even more user testing to build an application that fully meets customer needs and expectations. To build the app as a team, we have agreed to implement task sharing. This should not only lead to more equal distribution of work but should also improve learning within the team. Lastly, we have found this sprint to be less fun than the other two. Thus, we want to focus on having fun with the process again. The team then discussed what should be done less. As mentioned before, we have somewhat neglected the business aspects of the project. Thus, we want to focus less on the technical aspects. In addition, two of the team members were ill during the last sprint. As a result, we want to focus on staying healthy. Lastly, the team has discussed what we should start doing. First of all, the presentation, or pitch, must be prepared for the final lecture. Second, a roadmap for further development as well as sales and distribution of the platform must be developed. Lastly, the idea's feasibility, in terms of business, and profitability must be analysed. Thus, evaluations such as competitor analyses, market potential, scalability, and financial projections must be made.
