Questionnaire results
The following results were achieved by a total of 11 questionnaire participants. All participants met the requirements set for the target audience and therefore are potential customers of the application.
The overall sentiment toward the prototype are good. The average grade received was a 4.6 which is very motivating given the early stage of the MVP. Named improvement suggestions are noticed and translated into respective backlog items for future iterations.
The design of the prototype is evens slightly better grade with a 5 in average. This is very positive given the fact that a lot of effort went into improving the prototype's overall design.
The questions achieved the best result with an average grade of 5.3. This can be lead to the newly improved question interface as well as the reformulation and improvement of the questions themselves.
The A/B-test regarding the question interface was very positive. All potential customers liked the new interface from Sprint 2 (challenger) better than the old one from Sprint 1.
Almost three quarters of all potential customers are sure that the app would help them with their relationship. That is exceptionally positive – also here considering the early stage of the MVP.
Even more than half of all participants would actually pay for such a service, that is crucial for the future commercial success of the application.
The average price name under the people who would pay for the app is CHF 2.25, which is slightly lower than the average price for a mobile app on the Apple store (CHF 3.8) and slightly higher than the average price on the Google store (between CHF 1–2).
The result of the transactional Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a positive one. So, there are more promoters of the app than detractors. This is very important for a fast market development and good brand reputation in the future.
