Sprint 2 – Review - AgileBusinessAnalysis/01_TEAM GitHub Wiki

The Sprint Review was conducted with one of the supervisors, Beat Frefel, on Friday, November 22. Overall, Beat and the whole team were very impressed with the progress of the second sprint. Below are some of the discussion points that came up:

  • Firstly, while presenting our decision framework, Beat suggested to look into the concept of "consent decision making". This concept does not want to achieve a unanimous or majority agreement but is rather focused on objections team members might have. The team will look into this form of decision making in the Sociocracy 3.0 guidelines and will evaluate if it is suitable for adoption.
  • Secondly, Beat urged the team to focus on the sprint goal of sprint 3. As we have now built an MVP, further developed the UI and gathered feedback, he suggested that we should focus on the content of the MVP as well as its effectiveness regarding its recommendations. Thus, the team will now dedicate the last sprint to improving the content and gather feedback from potential users applying the recommendations given by the app.

The discussed topics will be integrated into the last sprint.
