A sprint retro was conducted at the end of the second sprint.

Firstly, we set the stage by using an activity called "One Word". Every team member had to write down one word that describes the last iteration with just one word.

Secondly, we gathered the data using the "Glad, Sad, Mad, Kudos" matrix. The matrix should serve as a tool to find out what made people feel Glad, Sad or Mad during the last iteration.

Lastly, we decided what to do next based on the results of the matrix. During the discussion, we decided who will do the action, what the action is, and when the action needs to be done.
