Sprint 2 – Prototype - AgileBusinessAnalysis/01_TEAM GitHub Wiki

Mobile application prototype

The prototype of the first iteration was taken as the basis for further prototyping. Based on user and stakeholder feedback, several improvements were achieved.

Improve user interface design

Some minor user interface improvements were implemented on the prototype.

The first image shows, that additional information regarding the data privacy was added to the first screen the user can input data. This is a direct improvement based on customer feedback of the first sprint.

The second and third images show that on the screens for the tipps, web links to the respective recommendation were implemented. This not only provides an easy option for the user, it does also provide Wisely with possible additional revenue streams through partnering with companies and affiliate marketing links.

Restructure question & answer interface

The question and answer interface was completely changed.

There are no more drop-downs to answer the question, the user can now directly answer via button click. This is also a direct followup from customer feedback. Furthermore, it is also promoting the solution's mobile first approach. Like that, the customer gains velocity in the answering process and has instant transparency of all possible answers.

To be able to conduct an A/B-testing with regard to the question and answer interface, the second set of questions does still have the old interface design. Like that, test users can directly compare the two approaches and deliver specific feedback on the issue.

Add answer option "Skip question"

In addition to the changed question and answer interface, the respective screens were also updated with regard to the highly anticipated "skip question" button.

For each question, users do have the possibility to skip it. This is requested due to the fact that certain question are either not answerable (lack of knowledge) or are too private for the user.
