Sprint tasks

During the sprint planning session, the following tasks were identified as part of the Sprint Backlog and added to the Trello Board:

• Create more questions about partner
• Create more questions about relationship
• Analyze stakeholder feedback
• Prioritize stakeholder feedback actions
• Transform stakeholder feedback actions into backlog items
• Help the team to understand the usage of Trello
• Create recommendation trough data concept
• Define roles
• Create team space
• Create a decision framework
• Introduce project sponsor
• Define process "when to use Trello"
• Define a structured way to get feedback
• Add answer option "skip question"
• Restructure question and answer interface
• Improve user interface design
• Include and describe missing stakeholder
• Refine existing questions
• Refine answers of existing questions
• Do a sprint review
• Do a sprint retro

Sprint goal

The sprint goal of sprint 2 is to improve the UI of the prototype and gather feedback from potential users. Furthermore, the aim is to finish all of the tasks in the Sprint Backlog.
