Team input

The team conducted a Sprint Retro at the end of Sprint 1. Each member could write down things that were "positive" and things that were "to be improved" regarding the first sprint (as can be seen in the image below).

Problem areas and actions

The identified items "to be improved" were then discussed. As can be seen in the picture below, the following problem areas were identified:

• Usage of Trello
• Sticking to the process
• Backlog prioritisation
• Roles definition

For each problem area, specific actions were defined and assigned to team members. These action items were added to the backlog of sprint 2 and should ensure an improvement of the identified problem area. The problem areas as well as the action items can be seen in the following image.
