Sprint tasks

During the sprint planning session, the following tasks were identified as part of the Sprint Backlog and added to the Trello Board:

• Set long-term goal
• Define the challenge
• Map the challenge
• Analyse existing solutions
• Sketch different solution approaches
• Prioritise solution sketches
• Prototype highest prioritised solution sketch
• Validate prototype with possible customers
• Do a sprint review
• Do a sprint retro

Sprint goal

The sprint goal for sprint 1 is to develop an executable digital prototype that is based on the problem map. Furthermore, the aim is to finish all of the tasks in the Sprint Backlog and gather positive feedback from the stakeholders
