Basic Idea

The aim of this assignment is to perform the role of a business analyst and to solve a concrete use case using agile project management methods. The assignment should provide a coherent and consistent description of all sprints, explaining used techniques following the BABOK Guide. Thereby, we as students will gain experience in the application of the methods and techniques that we deal with in class.

Basic Conditions

Based on the module setup, the following conditions have to be met:

• Two days before deadline day, all information on github have to be updated
• On deadline day, the team has a Sprint Review meeting with the FHNW stakeholders for about 15 minutes
• The way of documenting the ongoing work is not defined, thus the team can choose its way of documenting on their own. The team has chosen to document their work in this github wiki
