Imps

Servants of the demons. Demons have many types of servants fulfilling many roles, but the most common and lowest ranking are Imps.

Imps take care of the more mundane tasks. E.G. Stealing, misplacing things, inciting fights. They generally cause a nuisance to humans in an attempt to impress their Demon Lord.

Mischievous by nature, they only do things that would benefit their Lord, but will often stray and do things that were not assigned tasks.

Their reports back are often embellished to make their accomplishments seem greater than they were, this can often land them in trouble.

Shadows

A dead human’s spirit, hijacked by a demon who claimed their soul. These spirits are forever bound to be a demon’s puppet.

A demon will often stay in their domain and use these shadow puppets to spy on things.

They can only navigate through shadows and darkness and will dissipate when in direct light, destroying the form.

These forms will often feature bright eyes, possibly multiple eyes. Rarely, they show sharp teeth or fangs in order to frighten someone who stares too long.
