Sound Effects

Player

Simple player sound effects included will be walking, jumping, running, fast breathing when running away from a demon. When the player stops running, there will be a gasping nose as if they are catching their breath.

Player Sanity

When a player is delirious, a loud heart thumping sound will play. When the player is deranged, as well as this, fast breathing will also play. On top of the other sounds, when a player is hysterical, the fast breathing will become louder and faster and the heart thumping will be much louder. When the player is in complete madness, the breathing and heart thumping sounds will become deafening to the player, and screaming noises will also play.

Player Voice Lines

Patients

Patient sound effects will be their walking, running and jumping, as well as scratching from the possessed patient. As well as this, the possessed patient will have "bone breaking" sound effects that will be used when their limbs bend unnaturally.

Interactables

Audio will be needed for interacting with items, such as drinking medicine, holding up rosary beads, using syringes, picking up and putting down different items, an "activation" sound effect when a player uses an item in an exorcism, pencil scribbles for marking off tasks, opening and closing doors.

Demons

Demons will make distorted screaming sounds when they are being exorcised. While they are possessing a patient, the player will hear quiet demonic chanting/whispering. This sound will get louder as the night continues and the possession becomes more intense.

Mammon

When in "rage mode", a sound similar to bones breaking will be played.

Leviathan

When in "rage mode", a snake hiss sound will play over the top of a quiet sound of a kettle whistle.

Beelzebub

When in "rage mode", a sound of buzzing flies will play.

Music

Vocals

I would like to record a church choir, which will then be played quietly in the background of the game to add a haunting feel to the game. When the player beings exorcising or using the rosary beads, this chanting will become louder.

Instrumentals

The background music will be a quiet organ playing various religious songs. When a demon is in "rage mode", fast violins will play in a minor key to increase the horror and stress for the player, and the choir and organ sounds will become distorted.
