Added Wet Sponge to Guardian loot table.

Drop moved from the Elder Guardian to Guardian as Elder Guardian now has Heart of the Sea instead. Rather than guaranteed drop chance, it is now 10% to make it rarer to compensate for an easier mob to kill. Only drops when killed by a Player.
