Added crafting recipe in addition to existing Piglin trades.

Requires Sand, Sculk, and Soul Sand.

This is essentially undoing the process of removing the souls from Soul Sand added in Sand.
Recipe moves the souls from the Sculk back into Sand. Requires an existing piece of Soul Sand to kickstart process and to limit production until Player explores the Nether or an Ancient City.
