Most plants can be generated using bone meal.

Added this ability for Small Dripleaf, but it is exclusive to Lush Caves biome. Bone meal Clay blocks under water to generate a random amount of Small Dripleaf in general area. Clay blocks can be at the surface level or water, but only the sides touching water can be selected. Note: that this only works when done by a Player.
