Added chance of Piglin Trading to drop Nether Quartz Ore (Weight: 15).

This does not change the total chance of getting any of the other items except Nether Brick.
Nether Brick has had its weight halved compensate for this item and Nether Gold Ore. Doubled drop count of the bricks to compensate.
