Piglins Brutes are stronger, angrier versions of their Piglin brethren. These Brutes guard the loot the Piglins bring back to their strongholds. Now Piglins can be converted into a Brute through a specific process of betrayal.

A player may betray a Piglin by first directly throwing it a couple of gifts: a regular golden apple, and a golden axe. Then, buff it with a splash/lingering potion of strength II. Finally, the Player damages the Piglin.

As a guardian of loot, Brutes carry a share of the treasure with them. If killed by a Player, they now drop a modified generic Bastion Remnant chest loot table. Consists of:

• 1x Golden Axe(12%),
• 1x Ancient Debris(5%),
• 1x Saddle(21%),
• 2-4x Gold Nugget(12%),
• 8-17x Golden Carrot (30%),
• 1x Golden Apple (20%)

Additionally, if killed in general, 0-2 rolls of equal weight:

• 1-5x Crying Obsidian,
• 3-6x Glowstone,
• 2-5x Gilded Blackstone,
• 2-7x Soul Sand,
• 2-7x Crimson Nylium,
• 2-8x Gold Nugget,
• 1-3x Leather,
• 5-17x Arrows,
• 3-8x String,
• 2-5x Porkchop,
• 2-5x Cooked Porkchop,
• 2-7x Crimson Fungus,
• 2-7x Crimson Roots
