A reminder of good times, in bad, to give us courage. Of bad times, in good, to give us humility. Of our loves, our dreams. Of redemption. Despair. A mark, seared into our soul.. A mark of the past kept the sake of our future.

Welcome to the Keepsake Dwarf Fortress wiki! This wiki, like the mod, is still under heavy construction.

Keepsake Dwarf Fortress is a personalized pack intended for long-term, stable fortress mode play. While the pack may eventually differ heavily from Vanilla Dwarf Fortress, the initial vision is founded on three points: Stability, Gameplay, and Progression.

This will be achieved both through narrowing and expanding various parts of the game, as well as changing the flow of the vanilla dwarf fortress experience to provide better and more varied fortress-mode progression.

Additionally, major emphasis will be placed on thorough documentation!
