  • Structure should reflect Table of Contents as originally discussed
  • Discussing ActivitySim 2.X may be too advanced given that not all agencies have adopted 1.X yet
  • Roadmap organized to ensure all material was compiled into one place
  • Should the Roadmap include more emphasis on tasks that support getting more consortium, and other, agencies to adopt ActivitySim as their production model
    • Suggest next Tuesday discussion should be on barriers to moving to ActivitySim as production model
    • Tried to reflect this is Key Objectives/Results table
  • Management structure was designed to obtain feedback and incorporate that into the product plan more regularly and seemlessly
  • Suggestion to have the Product and Project Manager be one person hired directly by Zephyr to focus exclusively on ActivitySim
  • Desire to move toward committee/team based structure but may not be able to move to full org structure immediately
  • Discussion will continue on Thursday
