- Scope
  - Consolidate Roadmap Phase 1 deliverables into one document
    - Phase 1 Deliverables: Objectives/key results, Management and Governance, ActivitySim Roadmap, Software Vision
  - Update priorities based on achievements since Roadmap Phase 1
  - Plan for future development and releases
- Draft Roadmap Table of Contents
  - Overview of ActivitySim
  - Management and Governance

- WSP will add materials and narrative to Roadmap sections and address comments
- Next steps
  - Create and initial draft to share with members and consultants
  - Discuss the initial draft
  - Iterate on the draft
- Schedule
  - Mid-March - Mid April: Initial draft roadmap document
  - Mid-April - End of May: Discussions on the initial draft
  - Mid-June: Final roadmap
- WSP asks consortium whether their are sections that should be eliminated or added?
  - Should any sections be moved to the Appendix?
- WSP provided high-level overview of report sections
Upcoming Meetings
- Cancel this coming Thursday and Tuesday meetings
- Partners Only meeting on Thursday will also be cancelled
- Week from Thursday will be an Admin discussion
- Encourage people to attend the Australia ActivitySim meeting
