  • Aiming for end of March for finalized agreements
  • Five agencies have provided feedback on agreements with most feedback being that they had no comments
  • Other agencies should provide feedback ASAP

Technical

• Telecommute/SANDAG update
  • SANDAG Production vs SANDAG consortium version
    • Differences have become to be identified but need to be more clearly laid out
    • Need to create plan for creating pull requests
    • Some tests will be broken in this reconciliation, but not sure exactly how many will be broken so can not estimate a level of effort at this point to fix all of them
    • Can bring in changes from Production model such as EV rebates and other updates presented by SANDAG a few months back
    • WSP will work to finalize scope
• Dependency Lock Scope
  • Proposed approach (which utilizes Josie Kressner): Implement a dependency lock mechanism for releasing and installing ActivitySim
    • Tasks: research and find appropriate tool; tech memo on methodology; Test on different platforms; test mechanism if their is a change in dependency; update the documentation; update ActivitySim releases
  • PopSim dependency issue is a separate task, and when/if they need to be merged then will address it then; May be straightforward to integrate when the time comes
  • 95% of the work will be in determining the right tool; some tools may run faster than others; some tools may require license or user fees;
  • Once scope is finalized we will need to add check-in dates to calendar

  • Jeff is working through issues, but is taking some time since Dependency Lock is not in place
