Run BayDAG end-to-end, possibly without sharrow
CS working to run test-size BayDAG end-to-end without sharrow.
Small issues with getting components to work with sharrow.
The components that were written as extensions, and not as core components, don’t have all the same infrastructure to do things like skip sharrow. Jeff/CS went through all the core components to make a consistent set-up to skip sharrow in any of the core components. The extension models are out of sync of that, they will need to be updated in a similar way.
There are instances where there is re-indexing that sharrow isn’t able to handle, so moving those to preprocessors. CS is about halfway through the components.
In a few more days, hope to get through all the model components and show results.
School escorting optimization is close to being done and should be run on the MTC example next week.
