shadow pricing MP deadlock has been resolved.
the code assumes, but does not actually check, that all subprocesses agree on whether shadow pricing is converged.
orca is problematic
Adding arguments to step functions is extremely tricky.
In placeholder_sandag 2-zone, we get RuntimeError: table 'school_destination_size' was dropped.
Phase 8 scopes of Work
Joe shared draft SOWs for CS and WSP last week and just recently created a SOW for RSG (to develop an input checker)
CS's work on input checking is focused on configuration.
RSG’s work reads configuration but checks that all inputs are there.
ACTION ITEM: RSG and CS to identify any overlapping between what is included in CS’ SOW and RSG SOW and coordinate during Phase 8 work. Joe to share CS SOW with RSG and RSG to make amendments to their SOW, as needed.
