  • Joe synthesized discussions from the partners along with scoring/ranking and sent out the list of proposed priorities for Phase 8 funding to the consortium partners.
  • Joe is still waiting for consensus from partners but have proceeded with developing scopes of work as proposed. Joe will take silence as consent to the proposed Phase 8 scoping.

  • Cancel 1/5 and 1/10 meetings
  • Tentatively keep 1/12 meeting, will cancel if needed.
    • Phase 8 scoping should be available by then for discussion, if needed.
  • Jeff to extend meetings past February, through another year.
