Discussion on Code acceptance and management

• Create a mechanism/policy on how does consortium accept into the core code base and what individual agencies should maintain on their own. Also think about different testing for different code base.
• CS and others will complete the Ohio long distance model and not integrate it into the activity SIM core yet. Its integration will be done based on the policy, core data management and testing changes made by the consortium.
