Agenda

• Incremental update on visualizer
  • Progress has been made on "slicing" (e.g. putting income into 5 bins) and aggregating data
  • Have performed some work on getting more data from ActivitySim available for summarization
  • Desire for a clean, working example that can be passed to members of the consortium that they can experiment with and run when ready
  • Expectation is to include the visualizer work into the ActivitySim/ActivitySim repo considering it runs as part of the pipeline
• GitHub repo management / permissions
  • Slack was originally included in the project but is not really being used (and has since been removed). People got notifications for Slack's terms of service update because everyone is an owner of the repository
  • Proposed that a core group of people are owners and the majority of the AMPO members would be changed from "owner" to "member"
  • With no objections heard, roles will be changed
  • Will update the Governance document to better specify the roles
• Governance
  • Suggest that the governance document should be updated to be more reflective of how the work flow is actually being done.
  • Will create a google doc containing the governance document so that agency partners can comment on what is important to them. (see #531)
