Task 1 Project Management (milestone)

• Discussed revised project management plan
  • an admin meeting + a separate technical meeting + better documenting decisions we make
  • the technical meeting will be a revised version of the meeting setup with Clint
  • continue to make better use of GitHub for asynchronous communication
  • assign a task champion, and try to schedule discussions around their calendar as well
  • I'll create a doodle poll to find a time, likely monday or tuesday morning
• Plan to release PopulationSim for non-binary incidence feature
  • let's make sure to work on versioning for popsim, like we're starting to do for activitysim

Task 2 Strategic Planning (milestone)

• Discussed comments on the multiple models section of the updated version of the plan
• Earlier draft version with comments here
• For the test system, we're pivoting away from saying "adding regions" to "adding features" (and as a result, we've separated testing whole regional models to testing features (and sometimes a subset of HHs or zones). I'll clarify based on Alex's comments.
• Additional comments on the plan through next Thursday's meeting

Task 10 Support for Three Zone Systems and TVPB (milestone)

• Jeff working on chunking for performance tuning
• I'm working on the Marin TM2 data and example
• Jeff and I discussed ideas for caching and easier loading of tours file - basically adding an initialize_tours function that reads a CSV file from disk like the initialize_households function
• We'll plan to discuss these topics at the next technical meeting
