Zephyr Transport ActivitySim Learning Session went well
Alex's ideas for keeping tabs on outside contributions should be considered in the Strategic Plan
May be good to establish separate administrative and technical meetings and/or committees for topics as interest grows
Joe figuring out the path forward for the license inconsistency issues
RSG happy to revise our contract as needed
AMPO prefers PMC membership be based solely on financial contribution
Pulled Clint's PR #342 with some minor updates for ARC deployment
@PMC review and comment on any of these items
@Joe create an issue for voting on the PMC membership question

Discussed comments on the multiple models section of the draft strategic development and contribution plan
Updated version of the strategic development and contribution plan is here so we can better track comments
I updated the multiple model implementations section and also made some updates to the later section as we discussed

Runnable two and three zone examples working and available here
They should be producing correct results, but they are slow
Jeff now adding memory foot-printing, chunking, for performance tuning
I'll start on user documentation soon
Lisa working on the TM2 tour mode choice example data prep
We'll have a meeting at 8am tomorrow to discuss the TM2 example for development
We need to get the example together soon so Jeff can work on performance tuning and I can work on setup/documentation/verification
