Task 1 Project Management (milestone)

Team working on the Zephyr Transport ActivitySim Learning Session scheduled for 9/14
Jeff and Clint discussed ARC issue #331 related to improved coefficient file management
Planning to setup a bi-weekly developer check-in Wed @ 10am Pacific; PMC can join if desired
Plan to release v0.9.5 later today with all work to date except support for multiple zone systems
v1.0 to be released end of year with the completion of phase 6a

Team to discuss the support for models in multiple regions section of the draft strategic development and contribution plan
Comments being collected in the doc
Some key points:
- Example test coverage is too small; more understanding of the test system is needed
- Better describe what exactly is needed to more easily make contributions available to others
- Add what problems we are trying to solve
- Be more explicit about specific problems and solutions
- Adding new submodels and resequencing are problems, not solutions

I'll revise next week and try to keep the comments in the Google Doc so we don't lose the conversation

Jeff working on saving the boarding tap, path set, and alighting tap selected so the data can be written out later
I drafted a Marin TM2 tour mode choice UEC to ActivitySim expression files setup plan
Lisa working on the Marin TM2 data transformation
Marin TM2 transit path sets are different than MTC's and we like MTC's better, so maybe we use can MTC's instead?
@Bill to talk with Lisa and Flavia early next week about maybe switching the example
