@Blake and @Ben transferred repo to ActivitySim, updated all docs and websites, better separated ODOT products from PopSim products, and posted package to pypi
For SEMCOG ABM, @JilanChen, put the converter code that converts popsim household and persons to activitysim households and persons in an activitysim household and person annotation step as opposed to a stand alone script since it is likely useful to other users
