Currently assuming an approximate budget of eight annual contributions, but don't let that constrain the cost estimate and scoping exercise. We may need to drop tasks depending on the final scope and budget.
Rename Task 11 to Implementation and Testing Support since it can be more than sensitivity testing. Move Task 11 under Coordination (instead of Usability).
Revise Task 2 to discuss developing a Strategy for Collaboration Across Regions instead of just sharing expression files. Bullet out some specific strategy items to discuss.
Some features from the Future Features table should be considered for the the upcoming phase of work
Are we working toward an ABM data model? How does this relate to the outputs / reporting improvements task?
Should we stick with TM1 as the test bed or add new regions for testing new features such as multiple zones?
Some of the tasks are now well defined and can be costed; others need additional work
