Pipelining and random numbers

• @Ben working on updates to the end user documentation for pipeline, random numbers, simple trip model, etc.
• Will be done by COB Friday

Better repository organization

• @Jeff made the changes we discussed last time, including moving cdap under abm.models
• Will complete Friday and merge pull request
• There was some discussion about where tests should eventually belong in the repo
• @Ben will post an updated package on pypi for those interested at the conference

Governance plan and presentation

• @Joe and @Clint updated the plan
• Everyone is ok with PMC membership being those whose contribute to the AMPO development fund for the time being
• This can be revised later if there is a compelling reason; just talk to the PMC
• @PMC vote for a chair, see issue #184
• @Joe will finalize governance plan and post on the Governance Plan page
