Added

  • Reflect - Mutant version of Mirror now activates similarly to a shield and turns the caster of a Magic command into the target. Affects both enemy and ally abilities
  • Shields - barriers activate at the start of a round instead of on action. Causing a bug, currently...
  • Blindness also reduces AGL-based Damage (loss of precision in the attack)
  • If paralyzed or asleep, AGL = 0
  • No Race bonus to gun and cannon damage for Robots
  • Bows add Str as a random component to damage
  • Initiative factors in weight (Defense - Strength) to provide more value to Str
  • Improved growth rates for humans and mutants
  • Multiple effects allowed for an ability
  • Some non-Magic group attacks now roll to hit against each enemy in the group (e.g. SMG)
  • Multiple stat increases per battle for Humans and Mutants
  • Some Status attacks have been reworked to now have a damage component
  • Many ranged group attacks can now miss and be blocked

Considerations

  • STR-based Counter has no random component. Add one?
  • Create debuffs that do damage (Sand doing Quake damage + debuff Agl?)
  • Create status attacks that do damage (Ink doing damage + blind?)
  • STR weapons use STR for accuracy
  • STR reqs on armor
  • Accessories as a human benefit (due to inventory space)
  • Add "light" effect to Armor to reduce its weight for initiative purposes
  • Give humans some kind of trait. Perhaps a race bonus to all rolls?
