1. Info

  • WinPaletter application accent and background can be changed to to make the application suits the taste of your theme

  • To preview changes you make, enable lock toggle

  • To prevent changing application's theme and make it managed by its default mechanism, go to 'Settings' > 'Appearance' uncheck 'Make WinPaletter appearance is managed by the loaded theme' and then save settings.

2. Enable/Disable lock toggle

Make it checked to make WinPaletter apply theme to itself

3. Optional Toolbar buttons

1. Open from WinPaletter theme

This will copy preferences from a WinPaletter theme file into current open theme

2. Open from Current applied one

This will copy preferences from current WinPaletter application theme settings into current open theme (looks like an undo)

3. Open from Default Windows

This will copy preferences from default Windows theme into current open theme

4. Pre-defined schemes

  • There are some schemes you can use from this menu

  • This menu includes: Default Dark, Default Light, AMOLED, Extreme White, GitHub Dark, GitHub Light, Reddit Dark, Reddit Light, Discord Dark and Discord Light

5. Parts

  1. Dark mode when checked, light mode when not checked

  2. Rounded corners when checked, sharp rectangular corners when not checked (force it in Windows 11)

  3. Accent color (for common WinPaletter UI controls)

  4. Background color (for WinPaletter forms/pages)

7. Actions

  1. Load into current theme: it will load current WinPaletter application theme preferences into current open WinPaletter theme, and will close this form so you can continue modifying other Windows aspects and finally press on Apply on main form to apply all aspects in the open theme.

  2. Quick apply: it will apply current WinPaletter application theme preferences instantly to test their real effects on system.

  3. Cancel: it will close this form without loading any modification made to WinPaletter application theme
