The lightbar is not working on some of the new scheduling panels. If the power is configured correctly on the switch, the scheduler is working, but the light bar still won’t work, try the following per Crestron:

1. In the schedulers text console, enter command "POEPLUS" to verify "POEPLUS" is on or off
2. If POEPLUS response says its “OFF”, Enter POEPLUS ON then Enter
3. Type REBOOT, then enter
4. After reboot lightbar should work.
