A Web3ConnectionError can be thrown any time there's something wrong with the connection itself and not necessarily your fault (the person using this library). This is usually when there's some sort malformed response from the endpoint.

Properties:

• (String) name: Will be "Web3ConnectionError".
• (String) message: A short blurb telling you what happened.
• (Number) code: A status code, if applicable to the error. For example, an HTTP status code.
• (String) data: Any extra data which may help in diagnosing the error.
