Old issues scrub
- EFI_DT_FIXUP_PROTOCOL #68
  - Heinrich: more implementations nowadays
  - Best place would be UEFI
  - Let's close it.
- Minimum sizes an OS can expect from the firmware #77
  - Microsoft and/or BBSR: 128KiB storage, 64KiB variables
  - Those are U-Boot defaults now
  - Relationship with UEFI Secure Boot and dbx
  - Keep it some more
- clarify location of firmware for removable storage #113
  - "In both cases, the recommended boot sequence is to first search for firmware in a dedicated firmware partition, and second search for firmware in the ESP."
  - Makes sense only when firmware capable of doing both
  - Drop the sentence? (fix the issue)
- Keep formatting issues #127 & #128 for now
- Clarify section 4.2. Firmware Partition Filesystem #133
  - Grant's comment: "drop the shared storage option entirely"
  - Close this issue

- Recommend usage of partition type GUIDs to find firmware #106
  - No consensus reached: let's close it
- Recommend psci node under firmware #134
  - not clear if this belongs to EBBR; let's drop it
