If you would like to access one of the Gen0 test stands, please provide the following information to Ales.

Test Stand Reservations

There are two Google Calendars set up for scheduling reservations for the Gen0 test stands.

In order to reserve access to the test stand, create an event on your own Google Calendar for the time period you wish to reserve, and invite the Share ID of the appropriate calendar as a guest to the event.

• If your event does not conflict with an existing reservation, the invitation will be automatically accepted and appear on the appropriate calendar.
• If your event does conflict with an existing reservation, it will be automatically rejected and you will be notified.
• If you make a mistake or no longer require a reservation, deleting the event will remove it from all calendars.

Consider adding the calendar Share IDs as Google Contacts to make your life easier.

If you need to continue using the test stands beyond your reservation, create a new reservation or modify your existing event! Do not use the test stands if you are not able to obtain a reservation, you will interfere with someone else's work.

If you encounter problems with the calendars, Aleš has the ability to modify events directly.
