This is the Wiki for the Data Wiki 3 Initiative Seminar Group. It consists of bachelor and master students, as well as student workers and research assistants. The aim of this group is on the one hand to promote the development of a new Data Wiki infrastructure, e.g. by examining use cases and solutions for various problems in this field. It started as DW3I (Data Wiki 3 Initiative) is a joint activity of JavaScript and OntoWiki enthusiasts from AKSW as well as Bachelor and Master students from BIS/ULEI with the goal of an architecture and implementation of version 3 of the DataWiki as well as a new application framework beneath.

For BA/MA Students, DW3I is part of their BA/MA Seminar so they are able to get signatures for it here. This Seminar is as well hosting the Seminar Anwendung Semantischer Technilogien (AST) which can be visited as part of the module Software Management or as Seminar Modul.

Student Journals

Each bachelor and master student should create a wiki page documenting the personal progress of the thesis and the work to produce the thesis, starting at formulating the problem statement/topic, over researching related work, presenting intermediate results and so on to the final link to the thesis at the Dokumentenserver. For this purpose please take the template “BA MA Skeleton” and copy it over to a new wiki page JJJJ FirstnameLastname.

Everybody is invited to edit this page and add new thoughts, requirements and architectural ideas.
