Advice for using a 7-screen template
If you are bringing in a remote participant via a third party application such as Google Hangouts, Skype or Zoom, this will take up screen real estate. We can duplicate remote participants onto an additional video-conference screen and then duplicate one of your content slides to take full advantage of all seven screens for your presentation.
For this reason, we highly encourage you to follow the advice in Tips for organizing your presentation content and make the content on screens 1 and 7 exactly the same throughout your presentation.
This will allow us to cover part of your presentation without any loss of content.
This theme contains custom guides to visually separate your content into 7 screens. To enable these in PowerPoint go to the "View" Tab and check "Guides"

An alternative is to create a table with one row and seven columns and stretch it yourself across the entire slide
If you'd like to save this theme to use in PowerPoint in the future, you can do so by going to: View > Slide Master > Themes > Save Current Theme
Now when you go to create a new presentation in PP in File > New you will have a new "Custom" tab where the "Vis Space Theme" Theme will live.
Light on dark themes work better here, which is why our default color is black. Other dark colors work well too. You can easily change the background color yourself in PowerPoint using the "Format Background" menus.
