That's fantastic!!! Congratulations. The most important thing is to enjoy your work. You have a responsibility, and you have to work hard, but on the other side you will learn a lot.
If this is your first time teaching a complete course I suggest you follow some reference material.
The book by Jurafsky and Martin is a canonical reference. It's a big book with a lot of content, but you can use it as your reference and cover the main points you can under the time constraints you may have.
The same authors prepared a MOOC course that was very famous. You have the lectures here:

Perhaps your first point is to decide the index you would like to cover and then concentrate on those topics.
